Back To Canada???

Hey all,

I hope everyone had a nice Valentine’s Day. Our store was not busy AT ALL. We had more customers than usual but I do not think it was the turn out Janice (my boss) was expecting. She did give me some free valentine bears to give my flatmates since they are single and were not expecting any presents from any men. Kay (my roommate) got this really creepy valentine from the guy who works at the corner store and now we are all a little scared for her. I will be getting her crisps and drink from now on haha. So I have started seeing someone that might finally be worth mentioning…he is actually not an arsehole – big change for me. His name is Dave and he is an English bloke (no more French guys!) Anyways things are going well and I might try to pursue this film thing and just get over being nervous and scared because if coming here taught me anything it is to just get over it. What is the worse that can happen?

I got offered my old job with Ghostly Encounters for April and I was really struggling with the decision to come back to Canada to work on it. The thing is if I go back I would probably stay there and I am not done here in London. I like my life, I have good friends and there is still so much to see and experience. The only thing is missing all of you so if everyone can just pack up everything and move out here my life would be perfect. I am sure you can manage. The girls and I are thinking of a trip at the end of March to Barcelona, possibly. I know I keep saying I am going but I swear it will happen! Soon!

My French friends Jean Phillip and Clemont leave today to go back to Toulouise (not sure how to spell that). We had a couple of great nights…one involving free sushi and lots of free wine/beer at Jean Phillips old work. Not too shabby. And last night we went to see a Chicago band called the Ponys who were really good. It is my day off today which means I am relaxing and just taking it easy. Going to tea (dinner) at Dave’s and then a movie (Hot Fuzz) with Kay. I like relaxing days just as much as hectic ones. One always needs time to unwind.

I hope everyone is doing well and I hear Sean is in the Dominican so a little jealous about him being somewhere hot and on a beach but I will curb my jealousy to wish him a great holiday and a safe trip back.

Peace
